Refund policy

No refunds, exchanges only. Please email info@suiteleaf.com and put PLEASE EXCHANGE PRODUCT in the subject line if your order is unusable, along with a photo of defective product for our review, and we'll send you an exchange receipt to send the defective product back to us. It is at the Company's sole discretion to replace your product.

Upon receipt of the defective product at our warehouse, we will replace it immediately via USPS or FED EX with an identical product.
